The breakfast is delicious and fantastic, with as much freshly made and for around £13. The property is perfectly located a few steps away from A 450-ft-High Observation Tower. The area is lovely quiet near Prince's St shops, and lots of “ proper ” bars, Murrayfield and Portobello Beach.

I booked a queen room with luggage storage, a safe box, and a dressing table. The staff were outstandingly accommodating people with complete lack of service unfortunately, and the location was magnificent. I dined at La Tasca, that is just 400 metres away.
There was a bit too soft bed in my room.
